Usage Policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026 · Effective: May 11, 2026

This Usage Policy describes the conduct and content that are not permitted on the Agent Etna platform (the "Service"). It applies to every user, including paid and free tiers, and to anyone calling the Service programmatically. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and is enforced as part of that agreement.

Personal-data handling is set out in the Privacy Policy; the safeguards we operate are set out on the Security page. This document is about behaviour.

1. Permitted use

The Service is licensed for testing, evaluating, and improving AI agents that you own, or that you have explicit written authority to assess on behalf of the owner. Anything outside that scope is outside this Policy.

2. Prohibited content

Do not use the Service to create, store, transmit, or evaluate content that:

3. Prohibited conduct

Do not use the Service to:

4. High-risk use cases

The Service is not a certified safety system. Do not deploy it as the sole decision-maker in a process where its failure could cause physical harm, the loss of significant rights, or material financial loss without independent human oversight. Categories that require additional review include healthcare diagnosis, life-safety automation, weapons targeting, financial decisions that bypass regulator-mandated controls, and election-related communications. If your intended use sits in one of these areas, contact contact@agentetna.com before deploying.

5. Responsible disclosure of failures

If you identify behaviour by the Service that produces output meaningfully inconsistent with this Policy (for example, a prompt that elicits prohibited content), report it to contact@agentetna.com. Reports of security vulnerabilities should follow the process on the Security page.

6. Reporting abuse

To report abuse by another user of the Service, or content hosted on the Service that you believe violates this Policy, write to contact@agentetna.com. Include URLs, account identifiers, and a brief description. We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days.

7. Enforcement

We may take any of the following actions in response to a violation, in proportion to the severity and history of the conduct: a written warning; throttling or temporarily disabling specific features; suspension of the account; permanent termination of the account; preservation and disclosure of records where required by law. We reserve the right to act immediately, without prior notice, where continued use poses a security risk, may cause material harm to others, or risks legal liability to Agent Etna.

Terminations under this Policy are governed by the termination provisions of the Terms of Service. We do not provide refunds for accounts terminated for cause.

8. Cooperation with authorities

We comply with valid legal process. Government requests are handled through contact@agentetna.com. Where consistent with law and our users' interests, we notify affected users before disclosing their data.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will take effect no fewer than fourteen (14) days after notice is posted. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact
